    The Pup Parent Portal is our free online client portal, created by Gingr, that allows you to book reservations and appointments, manage deposits, view past visits, purchase packages, access report cards, and update your pup’s information!
  • How do I create an account for my pup?
    You can visit us online [HERE] to create your pup’s account, or stop by or give us a call at (323) 424-4145, and we’ll set it up for you! Creating an account takes just around 90 seconds on average. All Belle’s members are automatically enrolled in an account to keep track of their bookings.
  • How can I make changes to my profile, or my Pups?
    You can easily make changes through your Account page [HERE]. Within your account, you can: • Update your personal information • Change payment details • Edit your pup’s profile • Assign authorized users for pickup • Update your emergency contact • View signed client agreements • Upload medical records • Add another pet We’re also happy to update your information during your next visit or over the phone at (323) 424-4145.
  • What’s the difference of a Reservation and Appointment at Belle’s?
    A Reservation is used to reserve a general slot in any of our programs that require a reservation (such as Daycare, Boarding, etc.). Think of it like booking a hotel room—you need to secure a spot, or there may not be availability. An Appointment, on the other hand, is for services that require a scheduled time, such as booking a temperament test, grooming session, or any other time-specific service. This difference is important when navigating your Pup Parent Portal to ensure you're finding what you're looking for!
  • Do I need to make all my bookings online?
    No, but it's the best way to see real-time availability for all our services. If you prefer to speak to a real human, you can! Make a reservation by calling our Pup Guardians at (323) 424-4145 or visiting us in person at 5751 W. Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA. Walk-In services are available between 10am and 4pm. NOTE: We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak seasons, to ensure availability.
  • Can I cancel my reservation via the online portal?
    Yes! If you need to cancel your reservation, visit your online portal [HERE], navigate to your reservation, and select the cancel option. You will receive a cancellation confirmation on screen. If you do not see this, your reservation was not canceled. As always, you can call us at (323) 424-4145 or visit us on-site to make changes to your reservation or cancel.
  • How do I close my account?
    You can close and delete your account via your profile settings [HERE]. By taking this action, you will request the facility to delete your account. The facility will review your request and handle it in compliance with regulations regarding animal record management and retention. NOTE: Once you close your account, it will remove your online access and prevent additional bookings, both in-person and via phone, for your pup. If you choose to book again with Belle’s, you will need to complete another temperament test and create a new account.
  • Do you allow walk-ins?
    Yes, We generally accommodate walk-ins at 10 AM and 4 PM daily. Note: availability is limited for each of our services, so we highly recommend reserving in advance. -- To book, you can call us at (323) 424-4145 or visit your Pup Parent Portal. Our online system provides real-time availability for each of our services.
  • Are there any Peak-Day Pricing or Blackout dates?
    Yes! Select notable dates and holidays may be priced at a higher rate, and availability may vary. Please plan ahead for all holidays as space is limited! If you are a package holder, your package credits will apply to the base price on these dates, and you will be responsible for any additional upcharge. To inquire about potential black-out dates, please discuss this with your ‘Pup Guardian’ during your next visit or reach out to our team.
  • What are the requirements for my dog to attend daycare or boarding?
    To participate in daycare or boarding, your pup must: • Be at least four months old • Be spayed or neutered if over six months old • Be up to date on required vaccinations (Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella) • Pass a behavior assessment to ensure a safe and social environment For more details or to schedule an assessment, please contact our team!
  • When is Pickup & Drop Off for Daycare?
    We welcome drop-offs for daycare between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. For full-day reservations, pets can be picked up between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM. NOTE: Your animals must complete a complimentary temperament test prior to partaking in Boarding & Daycare experiences.
  • When is Pickup & Drop Off for Overnight Boarding?
    You may check-in for overnight boarding after 4:00 PM and must check out before 11:00 AM. We offer early drop-off for an additional $35, payable at the time of drop-off, which allows you to drop off your dog up to 6 hours early. During this time, your dog will have the opportunity to socialize and hang out in our free roam area. NOTE: Your animals must complete a complimentary temperament test prior to partaking in Boarding & Daycare experiences.
  • What are the hours of operation for the self-wash station?
    The self-wash station is open from 8 AM to 6 PM. Due to limited space, we recommend making a reservation in advance, as we may not always be able to accommodate walk-ins.

  • Will you charge me automatically for any add-ons?
    If any additional services are needed, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
  • How long are my "Buy Now, Schedule Later" Stay or Play package credits good for?
    Credits expire after six months and lock you in to current pricing for the (6) month period.
  • What's your refund & cancelation policy?
    Belle’s requires no less than 48 hours’ notice for cancellations to receive a store credit for your scheduled reservation or appointment. Credits from cancellations do not expire and are issued for the full dollar amount of the original purchase. If you cancel within this timeframe, your deposit will be forfeited and cannot be used toward a future purchase.
  • Do you require a deposit for reservations and appointments?
    Yes! We require a 50% deposit. This can be handled via your Pup Parent Portal or by giving us a call at (323) 424-4145. The deposit locks in your reservation and makes it official!
  • How will I know when my dog is ready for pickup?
    Timing varies for each grooming service, even if you’ve received an estimated time. Therefore, you will receive a “Ready for Pickup” message from our automated system once your pup’s grooming or styling service is complete. We do our best to accommodate your schedule and ask that you let us know how close you are to the facility. This allows us to send the pickup message and have your pet ready at the appropriate time.
  • What does the "Essential Wash" include?
    Our Essential Wash is specially crafted to provide your furry friend with a refreshing and thorough clean, ensuring they not only look fabulous but also maintain their overall well-being. Treat your pup to a grooming experience that rejuvenates their coat and leaves them feeling clean and vibrant! ​ Includes: Washing, Light Brushing, Anal Gland (as needed), Ear Cleaning, and Nail Trim by our skilled stylists. You will receive a “Ready for Pickup” message from our automated system once your pup’s grooming or styling service is complete.   • What happens if my dog has fleas?
    If fleas are found on your pet, we will attempt to notify you twice at the start of the wash. -- If we do not get in contact with you, we will automatically apply an additional charge of $15-25, depending on the size of your pet. We will then use our designated flea shampoos. We will also take a photo of the fleas to document this and notate this in your Pup Parent Portal!

  • Can I bring My Pet's Personal Items?
    Each pup is assigned a private locker for their personal items. A collar with an ID tag and a safe leash is required for all pets. Personal items such as toys, outfits, or beds are not allowed in the Daycare environment.

    We do not offer half-day daycare as a standalone purchase option. Visit your online portal. 2. Select your pet. 3. Choose Appointment then Evaluation for Daycare or Boarding. 4. Complete the booking notes. 5. Select a date and time.     No, you do not need to share lodging. We want to ensure each of your dogs is as comfortable as possible. However, if requested, we may be able to accommodate them together in a larger crate, depending on availability and your preferences!
  • Is Food or Medicine administration included in my boarding purchase?
    Yes, we believe your pets deserve their own food, water, and proper administration of medicine as a basic right. Each pup is given their own personal locker for their food, favorite items, blankets, and any medicine. We also have the ability to refrigerate any food or medicine that requires it. ​ Note: All items, including food, medicine, must be provided by you. Please inform your 'Pup Guardian' of any specific needs for your pet during your next visit.
  • Are walks, active time, or enrichment included in my boarding purchase?
    When not being boarded overnight, your dog can free-roam in our play area if you wish (and we recommend it!). We have a wide variety of enrichment items and our 'Pup Guardians' give attention to each dog to ensure a stimulating experience. A single 15-minute walk with our 'Dog Walkers' is included each day your dog is with us. ​ Additional 15, 30, and 60-minute walks are available, along with other add-ons to enhance your pup's experience.

    No, there are no restrictions on the size or breed of dog that can use the self-wash station. It is available for all dogs regardless of size or breed. All dogs entering our facility must be on leash until they are inside your private Self-Wash stall.
  • Can I bring my own shampoo, conditioner, and grooming tools/items to use at the self-wash station?
    Yes, you are welcome to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and grooming tools/items to use at our self-wash station. Additionally, we provide these essentials for your convenience in our deluxe wash package if you prefer to use them. Our goal is to ensure you have everything you need to give your pet a comfortable and thorough wash!
  • What's included in your Standard B.Y.O. Self Wash for $25?
    Enjoy a 45-Minute Self Wash Session with Your Pup in a private grooming stall equipped with: A Professional Wash Basin Personal Pet Dryer Cozy Dog Bed Fresh, Cold, Filtered Water for your Dog Poop Bags NOTE: You must bring your own shampoo and grooming products for the 'B.Y.O.
