You may check-in after 4:00 PM for overnight boarding and must check out before 11:00 AM. We do offer early drop-off for an additional $35 due at the time of drop-off.

If your animal is not picked up by 10:00 AM, you will be charged for a half day of daycare, which is $35. If your animal is not picked up by 4:00 PM, you will be charged for a full day of daycare which is $65.

Pickup after 7:00 PM will result in a late fee of $30 for every 15 minutes. If your dog(s) are not picked up by closing time at 8:00 PM, they will be placed in our overnight boarding program and you will be charged our boarding rates accordingly. Late fees can not be reversed once assessed.

Yes, a 50% deposit for the duration of your stay is required to make the booking. The remaining 50% must be paid at the time of drop-off. If you have Stay-Pack Credits (i.e., Buy Now, Schedule Later Packages), an additional deposit is not required at this time.

Yes, we believe your pets deserve their own food, water, and proper administration of medicine as a basic right. Each pup is given their own personal locker for their food, favorite items, blankets, and any medicine. We also have the ability to refrigerate any food or medicine that requires it.

Note: All items, including food, medicine, and other personal items, must be provided by you. A collar with an ID tag will be required for all boarded pets. Please inform your 'Pup Guardian' of any specific needs for your pet during your next visit.

When not being boarded overnight, your dog can free-roam in our play area if you wish (and we recommend it!). We have a wide variety of enrichment items and our 'Pup Guardians' give attention to each dog to ensure a stimulating experience. A single 15-minute walk with our 'Dog Walkers' is included each day your dog is with us.

Additional 15, 30, and 60-minute walks are available, along with other add-ons to enhance your pup's experience.

No, you do not need to share lodging. We want to ensure each of your dogs is as comfortable as possible. However, if requested, we may be able to accommodate them together in a larger crate, depending on availability and your preferences!

Yes! Select notable dates and holidays may be priced at a higher rate, and availability may vary. Please plan ahead for the holidays as space is limited!

If you are a package holder, your package credits will not apply to specific black-out dates. To inquire about any potential black-out dates, please discuss this with your 'Pup Guardian' during your next visit, or reach out to our team.
